What People Say After the Box Arrives
We asked customers what surprised them most. Turns out it was how little there was to do.
Set it on the kitchen counter, turned it on, joined the wifi, done. I kept waiting for the part where I had to call someone. There wasn't one.
We took it from the house to the camper for two weeks and back again. Same wifi, same password, nobody had to set anything up. My kids didn't even notice we'd moved.
No credit check was the reason I tried it. The whole signup took about four minutes. That's less time than I spent on hold with my last provider.
We buy wholesale access to a national wireless network and sell it under our own name. Yes, we're a reseller. No, we won't say whose. What we will say: no credit checks, no contracts, no install windows, and a human sized company that answers the email.
