Plans

Beakom offers two plans. Both are month to month. Neither has a contract, an activation fee, a credit check, or a promotional period. The price you see is the price you keep paying.

Residential: $49.99 per month. Unlimited data. One modem. Works anywhere with signal.
Business: $129.99 per month. Unlimited data. One modem. Includes static IP, priority support, business invoicing, and expedited replacement.

What you pay at checkout

Your first month of service.
A $100 refundable modem deposit. This is the only qualification for service. We do not check your credit.
Shipping is free. See our Shipping Policy. After you order, follow delivery at Track Order.

Recurring billing

Your plan renews automatically every month.
Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file on your billing date. Your billing date is shown in the Customer Center.
We email a receipt for every charge. Every receipt shows the $150 unreturned modem charge described below.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry the charge and notify you by email. Update your payment method in the Customer Center to keep service running. Service may be suspended until the balance is paid.

Switching plans

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the Customer Center. No phone call required, no retention pitch.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep service until then.
Monthly service fees are not refunded.
We email you a prepaid return label when you cancel.

Returning the modem after cancellation

Return the modem within 30 days of cancellation using the prepaid label.
Your $100 deposit is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Cosmetic wear is fine. Cracked, water damaged, or missing parts is not a returned modem.
If the modem is not returned within 30 days, or is returned damaged, we bill $150 to the card on file.

Price changes

We do not run promotional pricing, so there is no rate that expires. If a plan price ever changes, we email you in advance before it applies to your account. You can cancel at any time.
