Beakom wants everyone to be able to shop for, set up, and use our internet service. We work to make beakom.com accessible to people with disabilities.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort. We review our site as we add pages and features.
What we do
- Use clear headings and a logical page structure.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Support keyboard navigation for menus, forms, and checkout.
- Maintain readable color contrast between text and backgrounds.
- Use descriptive link text and form labels.
- Test with screen readers and browser zoom.
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded videos, social media feeds, and payment forms. We cannot always control the accessibility of those elements. If one blocks you, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.
