Coverage and availability
Beakom service works wherever there's signal on the national network we use. Signal varies by location, building materials, terrain, weather, network load, and network maintenance. We cannot guarantee service at any specific address or in any specific building. Check our Coverage page before you order. If the service does not work where you need it, cancel and return the modem under our Refund Policy.
Not for life safety or emergency use
Wireless internet can be interrupted. Do not rely on Beakom service for medical monitoring, security systems, or any application where an outage could cause injury or loss. Internet based calling may not reliably reach 911 or provide your location to emergency responders. Keep an alternative way to contact emergency services.
Equipment
The modem is provided for use with Beakom service only. Opening, modifying, or tampering with the modem, or removing the SIM card, voids your right to use it and may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposit terms are on our Payments & Deposits page.
Pricing
Prices shown at checkout govern your order. If a price on any page conflicts with checkout, checkout controls. We correct pricing errors when we find them. Current plans are listed in our Subscription Policy.
