We don't check your credit. We hold a deposit and give it back when you send the modem home. That's the whole application.

How it works:

• Collected once at checkout, on every plan
• Fully refundable to your original payment method within 10 business days of the modem arriving back
• Cancel any time. Return the modem within 30 days using the prepaid label in the box. We email you one too.
• Cosmetic wear is fine. Cracked, water damaged, or missing parts does not count as returned.
• If the modem is not returned within 30 days of cancellation, or comes back damaged, we bill $150 to the card on file

The modem stays Beakom property. You just get to use it wherever you want.

Before you pay, you'll see the exact shipping cost and an estimated delivery window right at checkout. No guesswork, no hidden fees.

Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We aim to keep the return process straightforward, with clear instructions provided once a return is initiated. Returned items must be in original condition.
