Every Beakom plan is sold as a subscription. We do not offer pre-orders or try before you buy purchases. This policy explains how your subscription works and how to change or cancel it.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a Residential or Business plan, you are starting a monthly subscription. Your plan renews automatically every month on your billing date until you cancel. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no promotional period.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor. We charge the payment method on file for each monthly renewal and email you a receipt every time.
Your first order also includes a $100 refundable modem deposit. The deposit is collected once and is not part of the monthly charge. See our Payments & Deposits page.
Changing your subscription
To switch between the Residential and Business plans, contact us through our Support page. The new price applies from your next billing date.
To update your payment method, log in to your account using the link in any order confirmation email.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Log in to your account using the link in any order confirmation email and cancel your plan. No phone call is required.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep service until then.
- Monthly service fees are not refunded and are not prorated.
- We email you a prepaid return label when you cancel. A second copy is in the original box.
- Return the modem within 30 days of cancellation. Your $100 deposit is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
- If the modem is not returned within 30 days, or is returned cracked, water damaged, or missing parts, we bill $150 to the card on file. This is disclosed before purchase, at checkout, and on every receipt.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry the charge and notify you by email. Update your payment method to keep service running. Service may be suspended until the balance is paid.
Pre-orders and try before you buy
We do not offer these purchase options. Every order ships as soon as it is placed, and every plan is a standard monthly subscription.
