Four steps, start to finish

Step 1

Pick a plan

Residential or Business, month to month. No contract and no credit check. The whole application is a refundable $100 deposit.
Step 2

We ship the modem

Free shipping, SIM already inside. You do not source hardware, activate a line, or read a manual.
Step 3

Turn it on

Power on, then Wi-Fi. That is the entire install guide. Nobody comes to your house and nobody gives you a four hour window.
Step 4

Take it with you

Home, the RV, the job site, the lake house. Anywhere with signal. Portable internet that happens to work at home.

The deposit, in plain English

We do not check your credit. We hold a refundable deposit and give it back when you send the modem home. That is the whole qualification process.

Cancel whenever you like. Put the modem in a box with the prepaid label, send it within 30 days, and the deposit goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of it arriving. Cosmetic wear is fine. Cracked, water damaged or missing parts is not.

If the modem does not come back within 30 days, or comes back broken, we bill $150 to the card on file. You will have seen that before you bought, at checkout, and on every receipt. No surprises, because surprises are how the other guys make their money.
